Breakfast on the river

Breakfast at Koh Andet Eco Resort is included with the room price and you can choose from the menu. There are two kinds of food, American-style and Khmer-style (there are few dishes to choose in each style).

I chose American-style food (bread, hotdog, scramble egg…). It was okay for me, but it won’t be enough for a big person, I think.

My mum chose fried noodle with seafood (from Khmer-style food), and she couldn’t finish it, so I helped her half of it and it was very very good. Lucky!!! ♡＼(￣▽￣)／♡ So if you want a heavy breakfast, Khmer-style food is a good choice.

Amazing Surroundings

Koh Andet Eco Resort is a small resort but the design is gorgeous with astonishing surroundings. Moreover, it has its own beautiful small beach just between the bungalows and the island. It was just in front of my room. (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)

The bridge was built in perfect location, allowed people to explore more on the island. It’s like the heaven comes out of nowhere in the jungle. w(°ｏ°)w

Small gym with nature

Do you need a place while you can have fresh air and do exercise at same time in the middle of nature? Koh Andet Eco Resort offers you a small floating gymnasium surrounding by amazing views of Tatai River and mountain.

You can enjoy doing real exercise besides swimming and doing kayak in the morning. Where else can you find? ｡ﾟ( ﾟ^∀^ﾟ)ﾟ｡

Mosquitos and bugs

Koh Andet Eco Resort is in middle of nature, of course, they get lots of bugs. But the most active time are only from 6pm to 8pm. You should put down the mosquito net over the bed right before the sunset if you don’t want to sleep with them until morning.

There were a lot of mosquitoes and bug light bulb when we were having dinner (around 7pm) at the restaurant so don’t forget to bring mosquito and bugs spray with you.

Be sure to ask the staff about seeing fireflies. There’s a chance to see them especially from December to February. It was raining when I visited there, I didn’t have chance to see them.

Island Food

Talking about food, Koh Andet Eco Resort is located on isolated island, once you get on the island there are no other restaurants beside the restaurant itself unless you go to Koh Kong city which is 20kms away. ヾ( ￣O￣)ツ Why need to do this such troublesome thing, while we go there to relax?

I can say the food on Koh Andet Eco Resort is double in price compared to the mainland, but I don’t think it’s expensive at all because it will take about 2 hours back and forth to the city if you want a good restaurant.

If you eat food on the resort, you can spend more time relaxing or swimming or do kayaking too.

And I don’t think you can find any restaurants which give you fresh air and have amazing views around as this one in the city. With these beautiful scenery around my table, I’m going to say the food here is very reasonable and delicious. (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡
